The world around us; so unsettled. We learn of depressing goings-on, yet individually, mostly unable to provide some form of emancipation.
Being happy can perhaps prompt some form of guilt and genuine concern.
Should every individual fall into depression and sadness, the world would loose optimism... and happiness.
But what is the alternative? Does sadness visit those about to marry? Celebrating the birth of a baby?
Happiness is created by sights, sounds, church bells. A heart-lifting pantomime; bringing joy to children; happiness spreading around the audience as positive vibes fill the air.
Happiness: to awaken in a positive, mood. Not planned; spontaneous.
Feeling generous that such an emotion may be projected and thus received by others. Infecting others with happiness.
Happiness is not an act. It is created by an outside element or happening. Greeting the subliminal; deep in psyche, rising to the heart. Endorphins released, champions of positivity and overt kindness.
Kindness works both ways. The giver, infects receiver, creating empathy and mutuality of feelings. Often happiness; sharing feelings.
Optimism, kindness and happiness may exist at a particular moment in time, but hidden from the surface. And then a tiny spark joins in harmony with other bright elements, freeing an individual to grasp joy and happiness, spreading feelings of positivity and gratitude to others.
Happiness; never to be taken for granted, but embraced with pure joy of a moment to infinity.
